“We asked Jill and Rich to work with us on an extensive house addition. They were truly with us as partners through the entire process. First, they knew the city regulations so well that they were able to help us maximize the useful square footage of our lot. They then proposed several designs that we hadn't considered, and really helped us choose a plan that worked for our family's needs. I love that they came up with many wonderful architectural touches that gave the addition a feel that blended with our craftsman style old house with the modern touches we were after. Small changes like moving a doorway a few inches really helped with the flow of the space. We've felt really fortunate to be able to have their careful attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to work within our budget. Overall, it was a total pleasure to work with them and I would love to work with them again on future projects.”

“Before I begin my remodel plan, I was debating whether or not I should hire a professional architect, and I am glad I did. Kyle is extremely knowledgable and resourceful, he organize and oversee the whole project, as well as fill in every little detail that I probably will neglect. Not only he design a cost effective layout for us, tackle all the structural issues, he also help me deal with all the permit and legal hassle so that I can concentrate on shopping for my new sofa and coffee machine. “We worked with Mark to design our new home. He spent the time with us to understand what we wanted. He incorporated our needs and requirements into various plan options and provided us with information on costs, pros and cons, etc. We had a very complicated project - Mark took the initiative to lead us through the planning a design process, acting at times as a project manager and presenting the plan to the city, other engineers and representing us when needed. He was very easy to work with and very professional. Building a custom home has significant challenges - Mark's help was instrumental in getting the project completed on time.”

“This team was contracted to do the architectural work on an addition to my home. I sketched out the overall design. Nong listened and offered his suggestions. At the conclusion, his overall design and improvements when far beyond what I had envisioned. He walk through all the paperwork and time needed to get all the permits which allowed me time to take care of the family and talk about the new look. The project is still under construction, but I know my family and I will be happy with what we both (myself and Nong) envisioned.”
