Demis is helping us draw up our dream home, by way of an extension to our existing house and has been incredibly patient, diligent, responsive, organised, proactive and helpful. Demis is very passionate about his work, you can tell he loves what he does and this comes through in his work. Demis is always professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He often sends through suggestions or ideas with no prompting and is always happy to revisit or test how other options might work. He has assisted us a great deal in pulling together our plans for Council and meeting with them. We can’t fault Demis in terms of his commitment, responsiveness and the quality of service he has provided us so far and I look forward to one day completing our project with Demis’ help.”

“I hired Nathalie at NS Studio to complete our renovation project and project manage our build. She was so hands on and always there to help me with advice and any queries. I would highly recommend her, she is very well connected and had some great ideas. Nathaie's interior design skills were an added bonus when furnishing the inside of the house aswell.”

“We are in the process of renovating our house and are extremely happy with the service that Luke and Mukesh have provided. We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow and are re-designing the downstairs and adding a modern 2nd-storey to the back part of the house. They have always been willing to listen to our suggestions and incorporated it into the design or came up with other ideas that we preferred! They are always quick to answer any questions we have and so easy to reach via phone or email. They are also willing to communicate with our builder and interior designer to get the best result for us. We highly recommend them if you want a great design whilst working with a professional team on your side.”

“We've used Dieppe Design for two renovation projects - a two bedroom unit that needed a total overhaul and a small 1940s house that needed more space and updating and we couldn't be happier on both occasions. Dieppe Designs presented us with modern, efficient concepts that were flexible to our needs and budget. The work was done in an excellent timeframe and communication with our builders and council was seamless. Couldn't recommend highly enough.”

“Duncan was always a pleasure to work with. His plans were very accurate and detailed which meant there was no need for guess work from the builders. Utz Sanby have a high level of knowledge and experience when it comes to building a house which is comfortable, works with the environment and that just makes sense. Our home at Whale Beach turned out exactly as planned, within budget and with no compromises. It elicits admiring looks and photographs from people walking past every day. CAD 3 D drawings and multiple designs and models were provided in the design phase which made our decisions very easy to understand. Duncan was always eager to listen to my suggestions and incorporate them into the design. I did not ever feel that he was pushing me into creating a trophy house for his portfolio but rather a home that suited our family in every way. I highly recommend Duncan and Utz Sanby to anyone considering building a new house.”
