“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“Kristin designed the remodel for my home in Encinitas. In a matter of a few hours she overcame design problems we had been struggling with for months, then went on to polish the design into a stand-out plan that has been a joy to live in. This was a complete home remodel. We expanded the master bath, added a new bath, moved and expanded the kitchen, expanded the living room, and added a studio. The end result took advantage of our 180-degree view (which the original design didn't) and cost far less than selling and moving into a comparable property with a similar view, if we had been able to find one.”

“John has done 2 major projects for me. All with professional and very satisfactory results. The loft addition was a major project that involved staircase, and major renovation of 4 rooms of the house . with very satisfactory results. The second was a 3rd garage addition and concrete slab. Also totally satisfied with the results. Both projects look as if the house was built with the additions.”

“My wife and I met Peter in 2017 and decided to have him handle the architectural design for the interior remodel of update of our mid-60s modern. We had very specific ideas and requirements for the project. Peter exceeded our expectations in every respect and out of necessity, came up with creative alternatives that kept our remodel on-budget and feasible. Peter is very receptive, friendly, respectable and capable. Professional in every respect, I have no reservation in recommending him to others and I intend to recruit him again for a garage/art studio project that I envision for the future. Construction is currently underway and I'll post before and after photos upon completion, so check back periodically for the updates.”

“The projects that Ms Sprague accomplished for our family involved adding to and renovating a small family ranch home built in 1979. By employing all the modern technology innovations in her field she was able to work interactively with us to produce designs for three different expansions and renovations including Creation of a new great room office and new deck design, followed by a major master bedroom expansion and modernization followed by the addition of a new full bath to create en-suite bedrooms. In all the expansions more than doubled the original living space and created a new modern look that one could believe that this was the original concept. Kristine stayed involved with the projects helping to oversee the final construction provided excellent problem solving solutions and was a delight to work with over the course of several years. I highly recommend Kristine as a creative consummate professional.”
