“I engaged Florin to develop some options for expanding my house as part of the conceptual design process I was undertaking. The site and existing house have some constraints that he was able to work around. He produced drawings for five different concept that were aesthetically pleasing and functional, that incorporated the features I wanted within the limitations of the site and existing structure. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, Florin to people I know who were/are looking for an architect. When I decide to expand my house I will hire Florin to complete the design.”

We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)”

“Henry's strengths lie in the details associated with energy efficient building. He, in cooperation with our builder, was able to adapt our design ideas into a fully wrapped, tight envelope. He is also a skilled designer but willing to let us take the design lead when it mattered to us. The plans on his website of our house are his but he drew up the variation that we asked for and makes us happy, even though it didn't follow the rules. Adding insulation and stopping air leaks will reduce your energy bills and make you happy in the long run and Henry will help you make that happen.”

“Krista was our architect for our full kitchen and deck remodel. She came out to meet with us on site multiple times and created various options for our deck solution. The price for her services was fair, and she was always very responsive and easy to work with. In addition, she coordinated with or contractor in the smaller details. I would definitely recommend her to another homeowner or professional.”

“We hired Will Rowland to modify the design and add a sun room to our colonial style house. We could not be happier with his work. I was quite unhappy with the house when we bought it, but thanks to Will's vision, it now feels like home and an elegant one at that. Next summer, we plan to add a second story to a building on one of our properties, and because we know Will to be fair, honest, and creative, we have hired him again to do the design.”
