Bruno has incredible skill and he is able to draw very clear plans that incorporate your ideas, allow for full functionality, and also satisfy city codes. He not only knows the codes but he also knows the process of getting plans submitted to the city, I was surprised and very happy that he accompanied me to city hall to get this done.
