“Paul was a pleasure to work with. He was recommended from a contractor that was bidding our project. We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)”

“Henry's strengths lie in the details associated with energy efficient building. He, in cooperation with our builder, was able to adapt our design ideas into a fully wrapped, tight envelope. He is also a skilled designer but willing to let us take the design lead when it mattered to us. The plans on his website of our house are his but he drew up the variation that we asked for and makes us happy, even though it didn't follow the rules. Adding insulation and stopping air leaks will reduce your energy bills and make you happy in the long run and Henry will help you make that happen.”

“Lisa Carlisle gutted out my old kitchen and designed a new modern kitchen beautiful in design and efficient in function. She also designed a master bathroom and was able to provide a contemporary design and exquisite en suite. Lisa worked with me to incorporate my budget and ideas into her design.She worked closely with my contractor and adapted to changes as they arose. Lisa is competent, professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her services.”

“It was a pleasure working with Stephen to transform our 1980s ranch into a charming coastal cottage. From the first meeting we had with him in January 2017, he understood the vision for our home and designed a open floor plan that reflected our lifestyle. There was never a time when we were not on the same page when finalizing the design or picking materials or even deciding on paint colors. Stephen is detail oriented, incredibly responsive, and always mindful of our budget restrictions. “Krista was our architect for our full kitchen and deck remodel. She came out to meet with us on site multiple times and created various options for our deck solution. The price for her services was fair, and she was always very responsive and easy to work with. In addition, she coordinated with or contractor in the smaller details. I would definitely recommend her to another homeowner or professional.”

“Stephen did an outstanding job for our project. Our project was a significant porch tear down and reconstruct/enlargement. Everything was very custom, including layout, roof connection to main structure, footer supports, storage underneath, drainage, electric, materials, etc. Stephen's drawings and materials were perfect and executed within the timeline required by zoning review for permits, etc. He worked really well with our contractor and other local city people that needed specific follow-up clarifications. Stephen made it really easy to make adjustments as appropriate as the project went on. Stephen was very responsive, easy to reach and very professional to work with. I would highly recommend him for any work in his field and will use him on future projects.”
