Chip listens to the clients desires then "stretches the dream" to a place that others might not have thought of. He knows the local codes and zoning parameters and makes everything work smoothly with local building jurisdictions.”

“Lauren Shadid designed the remodel of my home to expand the kitchen and open up the family room, and make use of our space more efficiently. She was very thorough and diligent in her work and was very conscious in keeping within our budget. She works very well with contractors and is always available when she is needed. She was always very response to my questions and concerns. Her background in interior design is a huge bonus as she was very helpful in helping me choose colors and tile. Lauren also helped design my backyard space. We live on sloped lot and she was able to design a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, and lounge area, whereras before we had a basketball court above the main patio area that was never used. We don't have a finished yard yet, but I can see the transformation and how much more we will enjoy our new space.”

“We hired the Hart Studio when we needed an architect to help us with our expansion/remodel plans. While we had a basic idea of what we wanted, Tom Hart really brought the project to life. He listened to what we wanted, asked questions regarding how we wanted to use the space and made sure it would fit in with the existing structure of the house. Tom was extremely easy to work with, creative in his ideas, responsive to our questions, always met deadlines and really guided us through the entire project. Tom did an exceptional job of tying in the old part of the house with the new part so it looked seamless, which was very important to us. It was a big project and could easily have been overwhelming but with Tom's help it was very manageable. We were thrilled with how the project turned out and would highly recommend the Hart Studio. If we ever do another project like this, we would hire Tom Hart and the Hart Studio again, without hesitation.”

“From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Becky listened to all of our input and took all of our wants and needs into consideration. The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule and the crew doing the work were fabulous. We will be using them again on next major project! Our house was built in 1910 and they did a great job of incorporating the character and charm into the project! Couldn't be happier!”

“Vesta designed and supervised the building of our house. The design meets our needs and more. It is innovative, incorporating a number of features that make the house not only beautiful but functional as well. Sally is easy to work with. She comes up with great ideas and solutions while never forgetting the clients needs and wants. “I hired Innate Design to handle both the design portion and the renovation of my basement, to prepare my house for the arrival of my 1st baby and also the fact that I became a full time remote employee. Whenever there was an issue, Trent always stepped in and fixed it promptly and courteously, and always made me feel like the job was going to be finished. The end result is nothing short of spectacular! The basement looks incredible now and it is my favorite part of the house. I deeply appreciate Trent McDonald who helped me and my wife during this whole process and provided expertise as well as keeping the contractors accountable.”

“My husband and I hired Doug Walter to design a fairly extensive indoor/outdoor remodel, encompassing about 80% or more of the house. Doug is extremely talented and visionary, knowledgeable and highly respectful and astute about spending money wisely. He meshed well with our desire for quality and style that will stand the test of time. He is also easy to work with and a delightful person. I recently referred him and am very excited to see what he does for our friends' big remodel.”
