“After extensive research we appointed Wighton Architects for our renovation and extension of a 4 bed Victorian house. From the very start of the process, Stuart impressed us with his eye for detail and aesthetic consideration. He presented multiple concepts, all of which were well considered and met the needs of our family and 'wish list'. Once we decided on the design, he worked very well with the planning department in Waverley despite being based in Leeds and smoothly gained permission. He played a key role in appointing the building contractor and then as project manager throughout in collaboration with the builder. His approach meant that the timetable was kept on track and any issues with the building firm swiftly and amicably resolved. He brought the project in on budget which was impressive given the scale of work. I have no hesitation in recommending Stuart and Wighton Architects.”

“Stuart Duckett Design were employed to undertake the following duties - Architectural consultation – initial sketch drawings – provisional design – detail plans – liaison with and submitting design plans to local planning council committees including production of the projected building brochure – producing bill of quantities – evaluating quotations – site management – overseeing and liaison meetings with Building Control – Health and safety recommendations - All duties performed from initial site inspection to final build completion sign off. “The team at transform blowed my wife and I away. The attention to detail and forward thinking shown made them the obvious choice for our stable conversion. As an interior designer I found it hard to find an architect that understood our needs in the way we live and use our home. Transform are the only architects I know of that use a 3D model as standard, which is a tool you simply can not beat for building and renovating a project. “We met a few architects and Adrian was the one we warmed to the most. We hit a number of objections with the planners but 6 amended drawings later and Adrian’s patience we got planning permission. Our development is just coming to an end and we are delighted with the results. Now for the hard work, decorating choosing furnishings etc! We would highly recommend Adrian to help with anyone’s project.”

“Stuart was so very helpful to me during my recent planning application to Durham council. He was prompt and efficient, indeed he visited the property within a day of me contacting him and had all the plans drawn up within a couple of days. He even completed and lodged the application form with the council when I was experiencing problems doing this online. He did all this for an exceptionally reasonable price. I recommend his company’s services without hesitation.”
