She effectively acted as our liaison with the building inspectors to get approvals on new and innovative heating and air conditioning systems for a small build. She also secured comparisons for beams, all the while keeping in mind my requirements for the cleanest building materials possible. Her understanding of the building codes and language made us feel comfortable with our final decisions. She walked the property and made suggestions we will certainly implement, like burying the power line for a beautiful final finish.
