They also successfully handled the whole planning permission process for us and provided a very fast and professional response to the requests and changes requested by the planning officer. Their professionalism and work ethic is incredible, but the most impressive aspect of their work is their creativity and how this translates into a design solutions focused towards the benefit of their clients. In our case, they came up with the most brilliant ideas to make the most out of our very limited budget, the selection of materials in tandem with the design details gave a final result that was beyond what we imagined and looked as if we have spent 3 times more than we actually did. “Designed a Garden Room extension to the back of a 1960s house in a 20th Century Conservation Area to create an 'integrated living' feel to the ground floor including taking the kitchen into this space. The Architects worked collaboratively with us, taking the design through the Planning process, producing detailed tender documents to enable us to select an appropriate builder. Remaining in the background but available to support us during the construction period.”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”
