We had Sonia draw up our plans. She also supervised part of the build. She was easy to communicate with and understood our needs. She was always available to discuss modifications and helped with the council process. The property is now a show piece in our area. People from far and wide come to have a look. From our very first meeting i have found Sonia to be very friendly and willing to listen to all our plans and address our concerns.
