A proposal for a new contemporary prefabricated home in the Masai Mara, Kenya. The primary building materials include steel, concrete, timber, aluminium and glass. This space-efficient design includes 2-bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living, dining, kitchen with scullery with breathtaking views of the mountains. The master bedroom has a generous bathroom, walking wardrobe and living area with a private terrace and outdoor rainfall shower whilst the guest bedroom and open plan areas share access to the generous terrace. The proposal also includes another contemporary prefabricated Lapa with recreational facilities to cater to the outdoor lifestyle also complemented by the fire pit and organically filtered natural swimming pool.
