We completely renovated this Haverford home between Memorial Day and Labor Day! We maintained the traditional feel of this colonial home with Early-American heart pine floors and bead board on the walls of various rooms. But we also added features of modern living. The open concept kitchen has warm blue cabinetry, an eating area with a built-in bench with storage, and an especially convenient area for pet supplies and eating! Subtle and sophisticated, the bathrooms are awash in gray and white Carrara marble. We custom made built-in shelves, storage and a closet throughout the home. Crafting the millwork on the staircase walls, post and railing was our favorite part of the project. A new hexagon tile floor harmonizes with the period-appropriate wood wainscot and a gray-blue accent wall. A dual flush toilet, medicine cabinet with exterior shelving, and espresso wood vanity work with an economy of space.

This small 3/4 bath was added in the space of a large entry way of this ranch house, with the bath door immediately off the master bedroom. At only 39sf, the 3'x8' space houses the toilet and sink on opposite walls, with a 3'x4' alcove shower adjacent to the sink. The key to making a small space feel large is avoiding clutter, and increasing the feeling of height - so a floating vanity cabinet was selected, with a built-in medicine cabinet above. A wall-mounted storage cabinet was added over the toilet, with hooks for towels. The shower curtain at the shower is changed with the whims and design style of the homeowner, and allows for easy cleaning with a simple toss in the washing machine.

This sunken bathtub, though quite large fits the space and size of this bathroom perfectly. This was a complete gut & redesign of a master bathroom in Littleton, Colorado, with a goal of modern luxury spa. I believe that was achieved, and my clients couldn't be any happier with how it turned out! Carrera marble floors are heated, which run into the closet to the right side. Custom doors were made for the closet and toilet rooms, recessed lighting in the ceiling in both spaces, and fabulous new light fixtures to add a gorgeous and warm atmosphere. Solid white quartz counters add an additional touch of luxurious clean, simple lines. I wanted teak walls in this space. However, maintenance is quite a frequent challenge, so we settled on ceramic tile, which turned out to be above & beyond stunning! It is also extremely durable and virtually maintenance-free. The frameless shower allows the gorgeous cuts of Carrera marble to beautifully show, in addition to the "wood" accent.

We started by removing the wall that separated the two sinks and repositioning the toilet next to the wall, which opened up the space. The existing shower/tub was also removed and replaced with a walk-in shower designed in 12×24 Mayfair Stella Argento glazed porcelain tile, with a niche finished in a white hex mosaic tile. A stunning ensemble of custom cabinets, adorned in the elegant hue of Evergreen Fog, graced the space, complemented by a pristine cultured marble countertop. Among the standout features was a towering linen cabinet, offering ample storage solutions to address the homeowners’ needs. The final touches were carefully curated to enhance the overall aesthetic, including a stylish rolling-style shower door, elegantly framed mirrors, and chic vanity lighting. Brushed nickel fixtures added a touch of sophistication to the space. The crowning jewel was the MSI White Ocean Floating Luxury Vinyl Tile floor, which not only exuded a sleek appearance but also offered effortless maintenance for long-lasting beauty.
