By Design Interiors, Inc.A majestic moment within this Cypress, TX renovation. This dining room is luxury at its finest. Crafted with satin finishes, fine crystal, and decadent fabrics to create a design that is truly bespoke and captivating to all who enter.
Every detail within the space surrounds you in luxury, for guests dine upon velvet dining chairs while silk custom drapery, intricate gold medallions, and iridescent floral wallcovering line the walls.

Timothy James InteriorsBURLESQUE DINING ROOM
We designed this extraordinary room as part of a large interior design project in Stamford, Lincolnshire. Our client asked us to create for him a Moulin Rouge themed dining room to enchant his guests in the evenings – and to house his prized collection of fine wines.
The palette of deep hues, rich dark wood tones and accents of opulent brass create a warm, luxurious and magical backdrop for poker nights and unforgettable dinner parties.
CLIMATE CONTROLLED WINE STORAGE
The biggest wow factor in this room is undoubtedly the luxury wine cabinet, which was custom designed and made for us by Spiral Cellars. Standing proud in the centre of the back wall, it maintains a constant temperature for our client’s collection of well over a hundred bottles.
As a nice finishing touch, our audio-visuals engineer found a way to connect it to the room’s Q–Motion mood lighting system, integrating it perfectly within the room at all times of day.
POKER NIGHTS AND UNFORGETTABLE DINNER PARTIES
We always love to work with a quirky and OTT brief! This room encapsulates the drama and mystery we are so passionate about creating for our clients.
The wallpaper – a cool, midnight blue grasscloth – envelopes you in the depths of night; the warmer oranges and pinks advancing powerfully out of this shadowy background.
The antique dining table in the centre of the room was brought from another of our client’s properties, and carefully integrated into this design. Another existing piece was the Chesterfield which we had stripped and reupholstered in sumptuous blue leather.
On this project we delivered our full interior design service, which includes concept design visuals, a rigorous technical design package and full project coordination and installation service.

Avid Interior Design Inc.This beautiful historic building was constructed in 1893 and was originally occupied by the Calgary Herald, the oldest running newspaper in the city. Since then, a lot of great stories have been shared in this space and the current restaurateurs have developed the most suitable concept; FinePrint. It denotes an elusive balance between sophistication and simplicity, refinement and fun.
Our design intent was to create a restaurant that felt polished, yet inviting and comfortable for all guests to enjoy. The custom designed details throughout were carefully curated to embrace the historical character of the building and to set the tone for great new stories and to celebrate all of life’s occasions.

Pineapple House Interior DesignIn the dining room, Pineapple House has a painted coffered ceiling with tongue and groove V-notch slats. It adds interest and texture to the 10 foot ceiling. To create trim with a flowing, seamless appearance, drapery cornices are integrated into the crown molding. Intense sun penetrates the room and led to the creation of a three-part window treatment. Designers use stationary drapery panels for acoustics and to soften edges. They add roman shades for solar control. A gothic-inspired arched valance in embossed linen for a formal accent. The valance is a soft echo of the gothic motif on the fireplace surround in the home’s adjacent keeping room. On the walls, they cut grass cloth into squares and alternate their direction when it is being hung. This creates a subtle visual effect that changes as the sun dances through the room and you walk around the space. Square nail heads punctuate the intersections by being turned and set on their tips, creating a 3-dimensional diamond shape. Chris Little Photography

M-Squared Contracting Inc.Rustic yet refined, this modern country retreat blends old and new in masterful ways, creating a fresh yet timeless experience. The structured, austere exterior gives way to an inviting interior. The palette of subdued greens, sunny yellows, and watery blues draws inspiration from nature. Whether in the upholstery or on the walls, trailing blooms lend a note of softness throughout. The dark teal kitchen receives an injection of light from a thoughtfully-appointed skylight; a dining room with vaulted ceilings and bead board walls add a rustic feel. The wall treatment continues through the main floor to the living room, highlighted by a large and inviting limestone fireplace that gives the relaxed room a note of grandeur. Turquoise subway tiles elevate the laundry room from utilitarian to charming. Flanked by large windows, the home is abound with natural vistas. Antlers, antique framed mirrors and plaid trim accentuates the high ceilings. Hand scraped wood flooring from Schotten & Hansen line the wide corridors and provide the ideal space for lounging.
