Compact wine cellars are gorgeous and such a fantastic addition to any home. This glass front wine cellar / glass wine cellar in Solana Beach, San Diego, California, is a perfect example of turning that under-utilized closet or niche space. Located directly off of the dining room, this modern wine cellar blends style and utility, incorporating features such as triple deep wine racking with glass, stone, wood, and stainless steel. A contemporary look melding perfectly with this more traditional style home. Design Build team at Vintage Cellars was also commissioned to create a unique and stylish wooden backing, to ensure that the metal wine pegs really popped. Custom walnut stain was placed on Alder wood paneling, custom fit with metal wine rack pegs from floor to ceiling. We worked directly with Noe Design Co to create a one of a kind entrance into this cellar. The highest quality stainless steel framing and double pane thermally insulated glass were placed on the front wall to not only maintain a beautiful look, but to also ensure that this wine room kept a perfect 55 degree temperature with constant relative humidity. This small wine cellar / glass wine cellar / small wine room has a ducted cooling system - utilizing a Wine Guardian placed into the ceiling. In the heart of this home in Fort Worth, Texas, sits a wine cellar in an unexpected location. Built under the main staircase, this 96-bottle cellar turns a virtually useless area into a showpiece. A tall glass enclosed wine room as key focal point in home's living room. Elegant metal framed racking with all shelves in acrylic for transparency. Above racking glass display shelves for magnums. Added features includes lighted tasting counter, cigar humidor and custom metal ladder. The "life of the party".

An interesting mix of contrasting colours and materials bring this wine cellar for a luxury show home to life. A black textured wallpaper applied with a moisture resistant glue acts as the stark backdrop to the white piano finish racks. And the seamless glass wall system offers a clean unobstructed view of the abstract design. The Genuwine Cube wine cellar is the perfect compliment for this ultra modern cutting edge home that also features a 3 story pin stripe waterfall that cuts through each floor of the home and python print leather wrapped floor planks in the master bedroom.

Steve and his San Juan Capistrano-based team at Coastal Custom Wine Cellars transformed an empty space in the living room into a modern wine room. Wine cellars are a great addition to drive up the property value of your California home. The team chose the perfect location for the wine room at the center of the living room and demolished a pillar to make room for the wine storage project. With careful planning and construction, they were able to build the cellar's structure while successfully hiding the electrical wirings and parts for the cooling unit and lighting system. After completing the construction of the wine cellar,, what is only visible in plain sight is a full display of the wine coilection and the LED light panels that completes this modern compact wine cellar masterpiece.
