When the house was purchased, someone had lowered the ceiling with gyp board. We re-designed it with a coffer that looked original to the house. The antique stand for the vessel sink was sourced from an antique store in Berkeley CA. The flooring was replaced with traditional 1" hex tile.

A complete remodel of this beautiful home, featuring stunning navy blue cabinets and elegant gold fixtures that perfectly complement the brightness of the marble countertops. The guest bath was remodeled with a beautiful design with custom white vanity with a farmhouse sink, mirror, and lighting. We used Quartz for the countertop. The built-in vanity was shaker style. The tile was from porcelain to match the overall color theme. The bathroom also includes a one-pieces toilet. The flooring was from hardwood with the same brown color to match the overall color theme.

First-floor powder room. Original powder room was added to the house in 2016, but since we had to put a soffit in the ceiling to carry plumbing from the master bathroom above, they continued the wood detail from the old (now non-functional) soffit at the right.

Strict and concise design with minimal decor and necessary plumbing set - ideal for a small bathroom. Speaking of about the color of the decoration, the classical marble fits perfectly with the wood. A dark floor against the background of light walls creates a sense of the shape of space. The toilet and sink are wall-hung and are white. This type of plumbing has its advantages; it is visually lighter and does not take up extra space. Under the sink, you can see a shelf for storing towels. The niche above the built-in toilet is also very advantageous for use due to its compactness. Frameless glass shower doors create a spacious feel. This small 3/4 bath was added in the space of a large entry way of this ranch house, with the bath door immediately off the master bedroom. At only 39sf, the 3'x8' space houses the toilet and sink on opposite walls, with a 3'x4' alcove shower adjacent to the sink. The key to making a small space feel large is avoiding clutter, and increasing the feeling of height - so a floating vanity cabinet was selected, with a built-in medicine cabinet above. A wall-mounted storage cabinet was added over the toilet, with hooks for towels. The shower curtain at the shower is changed with the whims and design style of the homeowner, and allows for easy cleaning with a simple toss in the washing machine.

When you have a bathroom with plenty of sunlight, it's only fitting to utilize it for the most beauty possible! This bathroom upgrade features a stand-alone soaker tub, a custom ceramic tile shower with dual shower heads, and a double sink vanity.

A custom made furniture vanity of white oak feels at home at the beach. This cottage is more formal, so we added brass caps to the legs to elevate it. This is further accomplished by the custom stone bonnet backsplash, copper vessel sink, and wall mounted faucet. With storage lost in this open vanity, the niche bookcase (pictured previously) is of the upmost importance.
