Our client needed to upgrade a mall bathroom needs to include a soaker bath shower combination, as much storage as possible, and lots of style! The result is a great space with color, style and flare.

The guest bath design was inspired by the fun geometric pattern of the custom window shade fabric. A mid century modern vanity and wall sconces further repeat the mid century design. Because space was limited, the designer incorporated a metal wall ladder to hold towels.

This Evanston master bathroom makeover reflects a perfect blend of timeless charm and modern elegance. Our designer created a stylish and ambient retreat by using Spanish mosaic tiles imported for the shower niche and vanity backsplash. Crafted from various natural stones, these mosaic tiles seamlessly integrate soft shades, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the space. Additionally, the use of white wall tiles brightens the area. With function and ambience in mind, the Chandelier serves as the ideal light fixture over the freestanding resin tub. Boasting four 22-nozzle sprayheads, the WaterTile Square overhead rain shower delivers water in a luxurious manner that even Mother Nature would envy. A blue pinstripe of tile carries the line of the tile wainscot through the shower while the original tub pairs with new, yet classic plumbing fixtures.

Using 48"x 10" tiles, I started with the niche as it was going to be the WOW!. Tiles were laid out so the niche was integrated. The front and back walls where tiles in hexagon marble. A soft interest on the wall without completing for visual attention.

In this coastal master bath, the existing vanity cabinetry was repainted and the existing quartz countertop remained the same. The shower was tiled to the ceiling with 4x16 Catch Ice Glossy white subway tile. Also installed is a Corian shower threshold in Glacier White, 12x12 niche, coordinating Mosaic decorative tile in the 12x12 niche and shower floor. On the main floor is Emser Reminisce Wynd ceramic tile. A Caol floor mounted tub filler with hand shower in brushed nickel, Pulse SeaBreeze II multifunction shower head/hand shower in brushed nickel and a Signature Hardware Boyce 56” Acrylic Freestanding tub.

The Vintage Vanity unit was adapted to create something quote unique. The pop of electric blue in the Thomas Crapper basin makes the whole room sing with colour. Detail tiled splash back keeps it fun & individual.

A revised window layout allowed us to create a separate toilet room and a large wet room, incorporating a 5′ x 5′ shower area with a built-in undermount air tub. The shower has every feature the homeowners wanted, including a large rain head, separate shower head and handheld for specific temperatures and multiple users. In lieu of a free-standing tub, the undermount installation created a clean built-in feel and gave the opportunity for extra features like the air bubble option and two custom niches.

This primary bathroom renovation-addition incorporates a beautiful Fireclay tile color on the floor, carried through to the wall backsplash. We created a wet room that houses a freestanding tub and shower as the client wanted both in a relatively limited space. The recessed medicine cabinets act as both mirror and additional storage. The horizontal grain rift cut oak vanity adds warmth to the space. A large skylight sits over the shower - tub to bring in a tons of natural light.

This 1956 John Calder Mackay home had been poorly renovated in years past. We kept the 1400 sqft footprint of the home, but re-oriented and re-imagined the bland white kitchen to a midcentury olive green kitchen that opened up the sight lines to the wall of glass facing the rear yard. We chose materials that felt authentic and appropriate for the house: handmade glazed ceramics, bricks inspired by the California coast, natural white oaks heavy in grain, and honed marbles in complementary hues to the earth tones we peppered throughout the hard and soft finishes. This project was featured in the Wall Street Journal in April 2022.
