This light and bright bathroom was transformed from it's previously dated state. An awkward jacuzzi tub and a glass block wall were removed and 80s era tile was replaced with Carrara mosaic on the floor and Carrara stone in the shower. A large opaque window brings in light but allows privacy.

This outdated bathroom had a large garden tub that took up to much space and a very small shower and walk in closet. Not ideal for the primary bath. We removed the tub surround and added a new free standing tub that was better proportioned for the space. The entrance to the bathroom was moved to the other side of the room which allowed for the closet to enlarge and the shower to double in size. A fresh blue pallet was used with pattern and texture in mind. Large scale 24" x 48" tile was used in the shower to give it a slab like appearance. The marble and glass pebbles add a touch of sparkle to the shower floor and accent stripe. A marble herringbone was used as the vanity backsplash for interest. Storage was the goal in this bath. We achieved it by increasing the main vanity in length and adding a pantry with pull outs. The make up vanity has a cabinet that pulls out and stores all the tools for hair care. A custom closet was added with shoe and handbag storage, a built in ironing board and plenty of hanging space. LVP was placed throughout the space to tie the closet and primary bedroom together.

This master bathroom has Alder shaker cabinets with a black stain and EleQuence Cypress White 3CM quartz countertop. The bathroom has double vanity sinks as well as a sit-down makeup area to get ready for the day. The sconce lighting gives a modern look. The walk-in tile shower with half wall provides additional privacy and lets more natural light into the space.

This primary bath has plenty of natural light but to add additional ambience, mirrored medicine cabinets are finished with LED lights that adjust to lighting needs.

A large, low bulkhead ran through the old bathroom making it an awkward and uncomfortable space. By resizing and relocating the ductwork we created full height clearances and the enlarged bathroom is now more welcoming and functional for guests.

Light and Airy shiplap bathroom was the dream for this hard working couple. The goal was to totally re-create a space that was both beautiful, that made sense functionally and a place to remind the clients of their vacation time. A peaceful oasis. We knew we wanted to use tile that looks like shiplap. A cost effective way to create a timeless look. By cladding the entire tub shower wall it really looks more like real shiplap planked walls. The center point of the room is the new window and two new rustic beams. Centered in the beams is the rustic chandelier. To spotlight the owners’ worldly decor, this remodel quietly complements the furniture and art textures, colors, and patterns abundant in this beautiful home. The original master bath had a 1980s style in dire need of change. By stealing an adjacent bedroom for the new master closet, the bath transformed into an artistic and spacious space. Carrera marble in all its glory is the big show stopper in this Bolton Hill rowhome master bath renovation. What started as a cramped, chopped up room was opened into a sparkling, luxurious space evocative of timeless Old World mansion baths. The result demonstrates what’s possible when mixing multiple marble tile shapes, colors and patterns. To visually frame the bathroom, we installed 6” x 12” honed Carrera marble tiles laid in a herringbone pattern for wainscotting, and carried the same marble pattern into the shower stall in order to create depth and dimension. The wainscotting is set off by beautifully-detailed Carrera marble chair rail and black tile pencil moulding. Carrera hex shower tiles, marble sills and bench, and intricate Carrera and black mosaic flooring complete the marble details. The crisp white double vanity and inconspicuous builtins tastefully compliment the marble, and the brass cabinet hardware, mirrors and plumbing and lighting fixtures add a burst of color to the room.
