This was a complete exterior refresh as part 1 of our clients remodel project. The new roof is clay tile with copper gutters and fittings, The stucco was refinished in a 'Cat's Eye' texture and the color was integrated letting the nature weather it to a wonderful natural patina. The stair railing and tile design added lots of great color and style for a modern Mediterranean located in Santa Cruz CA.
