Private House - Esher

A new build contemporary house in Esher. The planners had said that this site at 15m wide was too narrow to be developed, and had refused several previous schemes by other architects. We analysised the reasons for previous refusals and designed a house that addressed all the planning constraints. The house is about 330sqm with 5 good double bedrooms
