“Through the strategic positioning of sliding glass door openings, the kitchen is socially connected to both seaward and poolside views, yet isn’t a thoroughfare,” explains Toni. “The home chefs are visibly connected to their space and guests, and able to integrate and join in the party with ease.” With party planning in mind, the back of the kitchen island houses wine, spirits and glassware close to the fridge for mixes, beer and ice.
