The magnificent Casey Flat Ranch Guinda CA consists of 5,284.43 acres in the Capay Valley and abuts the eastern border of Napa Valley, 90 minutes from San Francisco. Multiple separation walls were removed to connect the Kitchen, Living, and Dining Rooms. We also vaulted the ceiling, added wooden beams, and skylights.

L'intervento è stato un importante restauro dell'edificio ma è anche caratterizzato da scelte che hanno permesso di far convivere storico e moderno in spazi ricercati e raffinati. Sala svago e tv. Sono presenti tappeti ed è evidente il camino passante tra questa stanza ed il salone principale. Evidenti le volte a crociera che connotano il locale che antecedentemente era adibito a stalla. Le murature in mattoni a vista sono stati accuratamente ristrutturati

This far wall is dominated by the beautiful red lacquered Chinese curio cabinet we sourced at Wertz Brothers in WLA. The cheery tomato red color and Chinese theme work perfectly to echo the style of the room, and the art work is likewise a perfect accent. These old Russian and Mongolian prints show military and peasant costumes, and were bought in the closing sale of the restaurant Chaya Venice, whose walls were covered in posters and prints from various time periods. The Rubber Tree Plant makes a nice change from the Fiddle Leaf Figs that are starting to seem like they're overused! Baskets and raffia are important textural accents, even in a room with a lot of color.
