New tiles installed on balcony /patio area and walls repainted with a green-gray . Balcony is facing south west and is very hot in the afternoons, so a cool green seemed like a better choice as opposed to enhancing the yellow or orange in the tile. Tile colors was chosen to stay with the character with the rest of the house.
