Located in Old Seagrove, FL, this 1980's beach house is steps away from the beach and a short walk from Seaside Square. Working with local general contractor, Corestruction, the existing 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was completely remodeled. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms and bathrooms were constructed over the existing garage and kitchen, staying within the original footprint. The modern coastal design focused on maximizing light and creating a comfortable and inviting home to accommodate large families vacationing at the beach. The large backyard was completely overhauled, adding a pool, limestone pavers and turf, to create a relaxing outdoor living space.

A&E Construction. This NJ beach home was a ground-up new construction project that A&E Construction completed in 2014. Brightly lit through an extensive network of windows and glass doors, this cheery home offers plenty of space for entertaining friends and family during the vacation seasons.

The chimney design features a herringbone pattern inlay done in brick veneer with an arched top. Each flower box was custom built with recessed panels, decorative brackets, and an irrigation line for the water supply.

Custom built home in Wiccopee, NY. The three car garage is excellent for an extra car or some toys! This house has a sunken level living room with floor to ceiling fireplace. Complete hardwood flooring throughout. The front columns are stucco and present a massive feel upon entering the house for the first time.

We took this Raised Ranch and gave it some more roof lines with the added front double dormers.. A little stone, some complimenting colors, and simplistic landscaping are great ways to enhance and change a cookie cutter styled house. The interior was modified quite a bit to reflect the exterior changes.
