House in Ladbroke Grove

Remodelling and extension of a 4 storey Victorian house with a loft conversion in a Conservation Area in North Kensington, London. The project consists of creating new living spaces on the Raised Ground floor and new bedrooms on the upper floors, including the reclaimed roof space. The Lower Ground floor is refurbished to provide additional living spaces with a new glazed extension created at the back of the house. On top of the rear extension, the existing balcony is replaced by a new balcony with a direct access from the new dining area.
