Heritage Overhaul
This heritage listed home was originally built in 1926 and it had received some unsympathetic renovations and add ons over the years. The owners wanted to increase their living area and have modern amenities, have a greater flow between indoor and outdoor areas and recreate the master suite.
The interior portion of the existing home was removed and some of the existing home was demolished to make way for the new floor plan and finished look which is the perfect blend of modern and colonial styles.
It is no surprise this spectacular home won the following awards:
WINNER – HIA ACT/Southern NSW Housing Awards 2016
Category: Renovation/Addition Project – Project of the Year
Category: Heritage Renovation – Project of the Year
Category: Renovation/Addition Project over $650,000
