This is a design project completed for Garden Hideouts (www.gardenhideouts.co.uk) where we designed the new Retreat Pod. This one contains a small kitchen area and dining area which can convert to double bed. Other designs include playrooms, offices, treatment rooms and hobby rooms.

Garage turned Club San Lorenzo game room. The concept for this space was a mini meow wolf. Bucketz for beer pong, darts, dance floor, ring on a string and your classic ping pong. A place to let loose and let your imagination run wild at this Airbnb!

The plants have really established in the eight months since they were planted. The tap is to drain off excess water when we have too much wet weather which can be a problem in the Southern Highlands winters.

I tried to make this garden studio as quirky as possible within a limited budget. I re-used old gothic sash windows and in order to give their curves some context in what was a very orthogonal building I added the brackets. The interior reused old doors decorate one wall and add to its quirkiness.

The reclaimed wood cladding really works well against the natural background and changes colour through the seasons and different lights of the day.
