Denny-Blaine Residence

Set within the historic Denny-Blaine neighborhood of Seattle our client sought to remodel their 1905 craftsmen-style home in a way that would not only better serve their family and lifestyle but also remedy several previous misguided renovations and create a home with the quality and charm befitting the neighborhood and a home of this era. This two-phase renovation and addition focused on expanding the kitchen and the master suite and renovate the living, dining, entry, office and family room.
