As one approaches the front door you hear the sound of the water and see the authentic Louisiana sugar cane bowl perfectly placed on the banks of the creek bed and centered on the front door. At the base of the stairs we increased the size of the two stone columns to allow for two large tank end pots planted with macho ferns and layers of color and textures. This simple change gave a more grand scale to the homes entrance.
