Minimalistic with no architraves or cornices. Its adaptable design is accessible for everyone as there are no steps. It’s extremely energy efficient as it incorporates passive design principles. It was a tricky block as it backs onto a railway line, is in a bushfire flame zone, has a slope and is in an environmental E2 zone.
