Architects's Home & Studio Briarcliff Manor

The studio is fully lit by natural light from the south facing windows and cooled by passive means - shading and cross ventilation. There is a high efficiency split system for very humid days. Heat needs to only come on for 4 hours in the morning and the floor radiates it all day.
