Adams Morgan Loft Apartment
The sleeping area is separated from the bath by a shallow tile platform supporting the soaking tub, a recessed shower floor, and glass panels. A sliding glass door allows the soaking tub access to the sleeping area and fireplace and lets light into the bath area. This room, in particular the placement of the bath fixtures, lighting, and cabinetry, was greatly influenced by the existing exposed roof trusses.
