7th Avenue Historic Home Upgrade

This stately "Jacobethan" classic revival home was designed by Varian and Williams in 1906 and expanded in the 1920's. The exterior was preserved and 95% of the work happened inside. The only sign of new work are three window wells for the basement. Philip Wegener Photography
