“I was extremely satisfied with the work done in the fireplace. Worker was masked, took off shoes when entered and explained the price for the fan and how it would operate. He cleaned all items in fireplace, vacuumed the screens and cleaned the windows and put the logs back correctly. He was very careful spreading his tools and equipment on a protected cover he had brought. I rate the visit a five star.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Excellent work done within budget. Loved, loved, love how our upstairs remodel turned out for our open floor plan/kitchen remodel. This included taking out walls, installing a new beam, tearing down our kitchen and making everything new again! Tony and team communicated with us regularly about our budget and what was going to happen on the week ahead. They worked around our family of seven and two dogs. Our remodel came in within budget and within the expected completion date. We couldn't be more happy.”

“They did such a great job on our kitchen remodel. Everything was very clean, neat and organized throughout the entire process, they really respected our home. Our kitchen was ancient and Lazarus really brought our vision to life. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. “We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“I had heard horror stories from friends and family in regards to their experience with contractors and remodeling projects. My remodeling experience with James was wonderful! He is organized, reliable, reasonable and positive. I appreciated his style of open communication and can-do attitude. He remodeled our kitchen, put new flooring in, painted all walls, replaced vanities in our bathrooms and replaced the windows in our entire house. His subcontractors were reliable and friendly. I originally found him on Angie's list and saw his good reviews. He did not disappoint. I would encourage you to hire him for your next project.”

“Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.”
