We have a 240 Sq. m. garden which needed multiple things on a medium budget. We don't have a proper side entrance to the property so getting any heavy equipment or even a wheel barrow to carry things in and out of the garden was not possible. Ion @ Monogreen was up to the challenge and from the very beginning impressed us. He was very prompt in firstly responding to our quote enquiry submitted through Houzz, visited the property at the time committed and then followed up with a very detailed quote on all the works we had on our wish list. While he isn't a landscape designer, he still made very valuable suggestions and gave us tips to get more for our money and save costs where possible. When we agreed to proceed with the build, he and his team always arrived early morning at the committed time and would keep me posted in advance if on any days they could not make it. After each day they would leave the property in a clean and safe manner and were respectful of the neighbours. Ion and his team are extremely hard working and worked tirelessly in the extreme heat to make sure the project was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Given no proper side access, the guys had to carry 3 big skip loads of soil and other material out of the garden in plastic buckets and also all the gravel, top soil and tiles into the garden area. We got a new slatted fence installed with new posts (about 25m long), installed french drains and a soakaway, new 6x8m composite deck; cleared a number of wild plants/weeds and small trees; new barbeque area with gravel stones; reseeding the lawn; tiles for a pathway to the back of the garden. All this was completed within 5 weeks! Ion and his team were all very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend his services. PS: Due to the extreme heatwave (and now the hosepipe ban), the grass is taking longer to grow so i am sharing some pics i took right after the completion of work for now.

Ian was very helpful and polite in manner. He worked hard, if there was an issue it was rectified.
