We have been specifying and sourcing stunning pieces from James Said's amazing range for a few years now and as designers, we keep coming back to work along side their team as we appreciate their keen eye for detail and design and their high level of customer service. Bethany and her team go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service each and every time we have worked with them. James Said carries a unique range of bespoke lighting, furniture and homewares sourced from all over the world and we recently purchased a stunning feature pendant for an interior fit out of a bar we were working on and the clients absolutely loved the piece. Thank you for your assistance getting this order processed and to site in such a short lead time. Much appreciated!

James Said is THE go to destination for luxury and glamour. I send all my clients there because the customer service is a cut above the rest. The white glove delivery service they offer is impeccable and the entire shopping process is always super easy. James Said has products you can't find elsewhere, and their constantly growing catalogue of lighting, furniture and accessories is unlike anywhere else. I often stop by the store (or shop online!) to pick up gifts - you can always find a delicious candle or cute accessory from James Said, which they will gift wrap beautifully if you request.

The customer service given by the attentive staff at James Said was absolutely outstanding! I allowed Bethany from James Said to take over all the new furnishings required for my new apartment as I was time poor and she had over-delivered in my expectations! It also helped, as all the staff have interior design knowledge as well so everything had worked so effortless and perfectly. I was kept updated with regards to delivery and had the white glove service which the guys were awesome with! There is no showroom gallery like this in Perth or even online! So well done James Said. Will definitely be recommending you!
