We were given a referral to Markley upon moving to FL. We contracted with them to do some remodeling..which included demolition of an existing kitchenette, opening a wall up and creating a new interior entryway, fabricating a coat closet...and redoing the existing marble floor..as well as painting to match the existing color scheme. All work needed to also match the original custom build which included elaborate moldings and non-standard doors. All work was done very professionally with care given to close off the work space to minimize dust. The job came in on budget and on time...two items that are rare to find in our experience! We were very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

We were most pleased with our experience with Markley Construction. They totally remodeled our 3 bedroom condominium. The project was completed on time and at the estimated costs. The workmanship was excellent. There were very few items on the "punch list", and all were promptly addressed . The results of the renovation exceeded our expectations.
