Vinnie and I worked together on the renovation of the 741 hotel in Laguna Beach. We were the architects and Vinnie the builder. The building was composed of materials that we had limited experience with such as reclaimed wood, corten steel and a two-story living wall. Vinnie was extremely resourceful in procurring these materials and keeping the project within the budget. He found the reclaimed wood in LA, which came from buildings which were being demolished, originally built in the early 1900's. The Corten steel was not in the budget, but Vinnie was able to find someone who was able to achieve the finish using acid etched aluminum, at a substantially lower cost that fit into the budget. The green wall went together without a hitch. All the time we worked together, Vinnie always had a smile on his face and a confident, can do attitude. I would certainly welcome the opportunity to work together with Vinnie again and would highly recommend him to others.

They are very prompt and professional, they did a great job building our lattice gazebo. I was very pleased and would reccomend them to anyone for any job.

Vinny was the general contractor we worked with on a kitchen/dining room remodel. Working with Vinny made the entire project go so easy. His positive and ‘can do’ attitude kept the project moving forward and reduced the stress levels associated with a remodel. The unforeseen problems that arise once the walls are open were handled so quickly they almost didn’t seem to happen, Vinny just took care of it and moved on. The sub-contractors he brought onto the job, (electrical, plumbing and granite), were there when they said they would be there and all stayed within their budget. We all want a contractor who does what he says, does quality work and stays within budget, Vinny is that contractor.
