“Stephanie and Steve did such a great job. They took our ideas and added to them to create our perfect basement. Stephanie had great insight into what we would like and helped us make the right decisions. Her background is definitely an asset. Steve's expert craftsmanship really shows through throughout the basement. His ideas on how to make our dreams into walls, arches, rooms and fantastic spaces was perfect. They took the extra step to identify a pre-existing problem that required a structural engineer to eval our home and then they took the additional steps to implement the solution. I felt that many others would have missed the subtle signs that he and his crew found. Post remodel, we had them come out to rebuild our chimney that became leaky and they worked on the roof in the hottest day of the entire summer. The entire team at One Room at a Time, Inc was fabulous. They all work well together, were respectful of our privacy and our home and really took pride in their work. We have plans to have them continue with other remodel projects in our home to include a master bathroom remodel and an attic. We give them our highest recommendations and have recommended them to family and friends. We look forward to working with them in the future.”

“We worked with Renz construction on a couple of projects for our Lake House. They did a fantastic job with a partial kitchen re-do, and our fabulous new deck facing the lake. They created a waterproof space below the deck so we could incorporate a ceiling fan, can lights, and outdoor sound system. It is our favorite place to relax with a drink and watch the incredible sunsets.”

They took 3 small rooms and turned them into one great living area by removing walls, adding archways with load bearing support and working with us and their cabinet designer for a complete kitchen makeover. We could not have been more satisfied! We still marvel at it every day and wonder how we could have ever lived in the space before. “Phantom Creek is a very professional company. Tom Zastrow the owner operator keeps the dust and dirt to a minimum. They have remodeled my kitchen, and dining room, and added a shower in my downstairs powder room.. Replaced all my windows, and built some very nice shelving for me. Tom is trustworthy and always deals honestly and fairly. I would recommend Phantom Creek for any work you need”

“These guys know what they're doing and do it quick! Very kind and considerate as well. They replaced my water heater and even though I provided incorrect details, they had the parts and tools to get the job done. They even picked up the new one for me and disposed of the old one, overall cost was very reasonable. When I had questions they were very quick to respond and always available. Great price, great work, and very helpful people. Would recommend!”
