He also inspired a level of confidence, that I later found was right on! We couldn't have been more pleased with the end result , the quality of the work and the reasonable cost basis. Real quality! “We had Kavaleer Homes and Renovations complete the construction of our legal secondary suite, and assist in the design and permit process leading up-to construction. I’m really glad Kyle with Kavaleer was involved from the beginning as the house was not a typical conversation and Kyle provided creative and cost effective solutions that met all the City requirements. Even still, the renovation came in on time, on budget, and passed all inspections without an issue. The tenants we selected have been very happy in the space and we haven’t had any workmanship issues at all.”
