“I have had other closets built out, but these closets far exceed the quality of other closets I have had done. Beth is very good at designing the closets and the installers are very professional, clean and friendly. Due to our new home being delayed we had to reschedule things a few times and Beth was very accommodating and very easy to work with when we had to make changes. I would highly recommend using Beth and The Closet Factory.”

“Mike did a great job on our mud room. Finally a nice room to place all of our "junk" when we walk in our home! Keys, back packs, coats, shoes, brief case are neatly organized. “I told Don that I wanted a Murphy bed installed in our home office. Don came out, measured the space and fit in a side drawer and two shelves with the Murphy bed. Everything arrived on installation day and went in beautifully. Now our office is clean and such an efficient use of space. I highly recommend Closet Company!”

“My designer Rachel was super helpful and patient. After our initial planning session I decided to change the location of the closet and she came back the next day to start the process all over. The installation was done exactly as scheduled and was done a lot faster than I was originally told. The installers were professional and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. My only regret with this entire project was I should have done this 15 years ago. I have been encouraging my friends and family to make this a priority, if they have clothes everywhere, like I did. It is so worth It to me.”

“I walked into the showroom with basic ideas of what I wanted for bookcases, window seat, bureau, and desk for my son's very tight bedroom. Cindy walked me through the showroom and asked questions and made appropriate suggestions. I later returned with my husband and son to finalize our decision. Cindy was very helpful in guiding us and keeping us on track and within budget, making sure we were going to be pleased with the outcome. She also did a site visit which was very productive. We love how the room turned out!”

She was in our home less than 12 hours after my inital call to provide an estimate, and then started officially to organize that next day. I was very impressed with her speed and efficiency.
