“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“Hughes Kitchen is phenomenal!.. I went in with a specific goal in mind and Dianna went above and beyond to give me all the information, located the faucet and expedited it to my house so i can have it installed before inspection.. Thank you Donna and Kris for your help, i will be back for ALL my plumbing purchases. Hughes offered a fair price over what i could find on internet, but offered information and friendly advice which is worth paying a little more in my opnion.”

He designed, built and installed some amazing book-shelves/cabinets and has made various other smaller pieces of furniture for me including night-stands and small "foyer-type" tables. “Really just a solid company selling quality products out off North Carolina. Customer service was excellent and went out of their way to ship replacement items that were damaged during shipping. I researched their products online for several weeks before deciding to use their shower pan. Their prices were much lower than the completion and I like the fact that the shower platform is a hardened platform and not styrofoam like Kerdi products. It does take more work and more expertise to install VIM products but I think it’s worth it in the long run for piece of mind in knowing you have a water proof shower that won’t leak and will hold up to years of heavy use. Highly recommend VIM shower pan system.”

“Ordered knobs for my kids bathroom cabinets - they arrived promptly but we didn't install until about 6 months later. At that time we found one of them had defective threading. The company responded to my inquiry within hours during the holiday season - immediately followed up and helped me through the process of getting a replacement no questions asked. Awesome customer service experience - really cute knobs for a good price.”
