“After completing the build of our country home we realized with a very large yard we could entertain the thought of putting in a pool. We had never been pool owners when living in the city and felt we would like to enhance our family leisure time. Pioneer Pools was recommended to us by a family friend who had wonderful experience with service over the years of being a pool owner. The sales staff was very knowledgeable regarding our needs of installing a basic above ground pool to ensure we were indeed a pool loving family. The maintenance and service of the pool has been minimal and easily maintained through the Pioneer store front location. The friendly, helpful staff complete regular water sample tests and suggest the proper maintenance care available within the store. After 4 years of enjoying our pool we are planning to complete our backyard design with an inground pool from Pioneer Pools. Last spring we purchased an 8 seat Hot Springs Hot Tub from Pioneer Pools and it has added much enjoyment to our family. Knowledge of the product, installation and service has been consistent with what we experienced with the pool. Our experience with Pioneer Family Pools has been courteous, reliable and professional employees on a consistent basis over the years. It has been wonderful to work with a local family business!!”

“We hired Tropical Pools & Spas this past summer and had nothing but a positive experience. They came out to the house and then also gave us a referral for a design team (Planit Green) and worked side by side with them in putting in our pool. “Ordered the spa sight unseen from Canada (live in Dallas) and absolutely LOVE it! Depth is great, leg room is wonderful (husband is 6’4”), jets remind us of the nice cruise ship hot tubs, and the steps and floor are textured to prevent slipping. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase! And Sean with Immerspa was so helpful with our questions and supported us extremely well throughout installation. “Of all the contractors/designers we had come to the house to quote, Joe was the only one able to provide a solid recommendation on what we should do with the space we had (which wasn't very much). All others gave us a bunch of options, but Joe had a clear vision that would meet all of our requirements as well as our budget. Throughout the entire experience, Joe was VERY responsive. He also went beyond our expectations when we needed him the most. Short version of the story, 1 mth after our pool opened a wind storm picked up our BBQ and it ended up in our pool causing a large tear in the liner. Joe managed to fit us into his schedule and get our liner replaced within a few weeks so we could still enjoy our first summer with the pool. We love our backyard oasis! Thank you Joe!”
