These people were great to us, handled every step of installation professionally. We’ve had our fireplace over 5 years now and they have joyfully walked me verbally through changing batteries and setting. When our gas line (installed by another company) feeding the fireplace sprung a leak they responded quickly to my call to resolve the issue. The warranty is great - and If I need it, I believe they’ll stand by it. I would buy from them again.

they charge me $360 of waiting time (1/2 hour) for inspection time inspection was done in 5 minutes I call the lady about the charge I said to her You are charging me $360 for your guy to wait in his truck for half an hour waiting for the inspector I told her I was sorry I did business with her

Hi Robert: It is very disheartening to see this review. Your review stating that we charged you $360 for a 1/2 hour of time is not accurate. Our contract provides you with the option of handling the permit process yourself or paying our flat service fee of $545.00 (which includes the cost of the permit, our time to pull the permit and our time for the final inspection). The final inspection process requires us to block a time of 3-4 hours on our schedule depending on a morning appt. or afternoon appt.. We do not know when the inspector will arrive during those hours. I'm sorry you do not feel our service to pull your permit and to block the time on our schedule for your final inspection was not of any value to you. I hope you're enjoying your fireplace.

These people have terrible customer service. I purchased 2 gas fireplaces from them and spent over $7,000. Both give off a nauseous gas odor when turned on that won't go away despite hours of trying to get it to "burn off". Their service desk insists that they burn off the chemical smell before installation and tells me it must therefore be my imagination. To try and get rid of the smell, I have to open all the windows and doors and then no one can come back in the house without feeling sick for hours after. One of the fireplaces no longer works and they say they will charge me $250 just to come and look at it. They are not concerned and rather rood on the phone. Don't expect any service from them after purchase.
