Tulsa Renew

We used Tulsa Renew for remodeling work on our front porch and columns, which now will be the first stage of future full exterior renovation projects with them! I can't decide what I am most pleased about: the quality of the work, the open and timely communication from initial inquiry to final payment, or the knowledge and experience that everyone from the company owner Steven, his foreman Joe, and every trade on the team has with working on historic homes! This company exceeded my expectations in communication, quality and design - my home looks gorgeous with the new Hardie Board! We had contacted Tulsa Renew to do an exterior facelift and improve the curb appeal. Steven guided us for the best product and color, we drove around to see examples he provided us and we're more than happy with our product selections. He communication was responsive from the beginning. I highly recommend Steven as the best Siding Contractor professional in town.

Steven Jones the owner of Tulsa Renew is absolutely amazing! In the picture new Hardie siding was done, new garage doors and cedar posts. The work was perfect and the communication was out of this world.

We had vinyl siding on our home that had hail damage and some had even blown off in a wind storm several months ago so I did extensive online research for a Tulsa siding company to replace all of our siding. Tulsa Renew came up right away with outstanding reviews so I set up an appointment with them. Steven, the owner came out and gave me some great ideas! It was like he “just got me” and we signed up with him. Our home is a registered historic house in the Swan Lake district so we needed to go to the Preservation Committee for the City of Tulsa for approval. Steven handled all of these meetings for us as our representative and got us approved in no time. The only material that the Tulsa Preservation Society will let anyone use on historic homes are wood or the James Hardie siding product. We knew we didn’t want to go back with wood because of the obvious maintenance so went with the Hardie siding. Steven was able to match the way the house looked originally by using a smooth Hardie plank lap siding with the same width lap it had from the 20’s. He even had his guys install a whole new front door and custom shutters they made out of the Hardie trim. Looks amazing and we LOVE the simple, clean look. Hire these guys!!! They are AMAZING!!!

I'm delighted with the work the Tulsa Renew did for us. I was looking for someone to install cement siding (e.g. Hardie Board) as well as cedar siding and shakes. I'd been impressed by the work they'd done on another house nearby. I got a bid from them as well as from two other contractors, and I went to look at houses all the contractors had worked on. In terms of the price, the bids were very close. What impressed me about the Tulsa Renew, though, was Steve's attention to detail in the process of assembling the bid. I'm picky and there were a lot of details (not all of them conventional) that I wanted to be just so. Steve discussed them all at length with me and helped me to come up with the best materials / techniques to realize them. He even helped me to tweak things a couple of times after I'd signed the contract. Steve got involved in the project at time of production, once the work started. As with Steve I felt strongly that he wanted to do all he could to make sure I was as happy as possible with the result. The same was true of the two guys, who did the actual work. They checked in with me about design details, were very pleasant to have around, and did a meticulous job. As I said, I'm delighted with how it turned out. I would--and am!--enthusiastically recommending them to anyone looking for a contractor to do siding or window work.
