They did good work and cleaned up afterwards. Do have a hard time contacting them for follow up questions about the heating system and how it works. They did answer right away once when I had a question on the programable thermostats. Found the instruction while talking to them

We always try to be as responsive as possible for non-emergency requests and offer 24/7 service for emergencies. We are able to receive text messages, phone messages and emails. Unfortunately, there are times when delays in responses can be experienced for non-emergency requests. We always prioritize emergency calls and then respond to other requests as quickly as we can. If you ever have questions regarding the system we installed, we are always here to assist.

TJ's Plumbing and Heating was excellent! The crew came out and installed a brand new AC and furnace for us and walked us through the Mass Save financing and rebates. The 97% equipment they installed is top notch and reasonably priced. When they were doing the work, they were respectful of property, cleaned up after themselves, and the quality of work is apparent. I will definitely be working with them again and would recommend TJ's to friends and family.

Best on the South Shore, North Shore and beyond...seriously. Worked w Tim and his team on my home in Gloucester - complete reno w new plumbing, gas, radiant heat, outdoor shower and have continued w seasonal service - the experience, knowledge, professionalism, pricing, and customer service not only met my high expectations but exceeded them consistently throughout my year long project!

TJ's Plumbing and Heating was outstanding. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves, they were on time, they communicated well and did extremely neat work. When the gas person came to turn on the gas, his comment was "Who did this work, they did a really great job and you don't always see that". I would highly recommend TJ's to anyone.

We converted our home from oil to natural gas on 12/1/16. Tim Cutler and his team completed our conversion with a high efficiency boiler with connections for a new stove, dryer and hot water heater all in one day, including removal of oil tank and old boiler. We are extremely happy with our Viessmann boiler and would highly recommend TJ's Plumbing and heating, very high level of knowledgeable professional service.

We had a great experience with TJ's from the initial site visit and proposal for a new boiler to the actual installation. The team made sure they really understood our needs and really customized the solution to meet our specific needs and situation. The installation was scheduled for 2 days and was done in a day and a half. The installers stayed until 8:30pm the first evening to test and ensure our heat was working again! In addition, the proposal was very competitive and the team also helped us with the information we needed for the state energy refund! Would recommend TJ's to anybody!

TJs replaced my old inefficient boiler and hot water heater with a beautiful Viessman boiler and hot water heater. I would have a hard time trusting anyone else to do this job in this area! They are experts in the installation of viessman products and did the job very efficiently with minimal disruption to my household. Their employees are respectful, very knowledgeable about radiant heating, and hydronic heating systems and their office is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Couldn't imagine a better experience from beginning to end. We worked with them in conjunction with the MASS Save Heat program. The owners and staff were amazing. Every phone call and email was returned promptly, and they walked us through the process to make sure it went quickly and efficiently. The crew was courteous and professional. They were on time and kept a clean work area. I would recommend them for any job, and plan to use them whenever needed. Extremely satisfied!

Great experience with TJs Plumbing and Heating for our HVAC installation. They made sure we understood the work being done, in detail, prior to commencing. TJ's plumbing and heating did an outstanding job installing our new boiler and it looks great. It can be stressful having a service company come into your home and do work, but TJ's crew was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended TJ's plumbing and heating.

I hired TJ's to install a radiant floor heat system in my workshop after I had problems with my contractor's usual plumber. The project had some tricky physical and time constraints and minor setbacks that didn't trouble them at all. Throughout the project, TJ's was communicative and honest and demonstrated deep technical understanding of the rather complicated equipment they were installing. Their installers showed up on time and were courteous and attentive. They also executed the job with fantastic workmanship. No need to hide these pipes--they look awesome! I would absolutely do business with TJ's again.
