Buyer beware, horrible customer service with this company. We ordered the Newport bed for our son's 15th birthday and for the past 5 days he has been sleeping on the floor, waiting for a delivered broken part to he replaced. We called the company as outlined in the manual and got a contracted "voice mail service." We left two messages over 3 days and never heard back. The service suggested for a faster response we email the company, which we did twice with photos of the defective (#5) part. Still no response. We requested that the part be overnighted so our son could sleep in a bed sooner. Still no response. On day 4 we received a email saying they are sending the part and it will arrive in 6 days!!! No discussion, no attempt to expedite the part and no apologies for their horrible customer service, or extremely slow response times. Our son will be sleeping on the floor for a total for 10 days by the time this piece of the frame arrives. I wish I had saved the boxes because I would have shipped the whole thing back. I will never do business with this company again.
