Specializing in exclusive custom homes on the West Side of Vancouver, Tavan Group has built a reputation for the finest of quality, style and elegance. In 2003, Troy Van Vliet, the company principal, identified a need to develop truly classic homes with traditional designs native to Vancouver’s West Side. Even though the majority of the homes that Tavan creates are for the resale market, they all have a custom home feel boasting detailed craftsmanship of the highest standards.
