From the first phone call to the end of the project, this was a wonderful experience. We got the help with landscape design that we needed, within our budget, and felt completely understood when discussing our thoughts and needs. The crew did a fabulous job, were polite and professional, and did their job exceedingly well. They worked efficiently and nothing was out of place when they left the property. Communication was great with questions being answered promptly and thoroughly. I am looking forward to future projects with Sylvan Gardens and would recommend this company to everyone.

Working with Sylvan was great! Out of all the other companies I received quotes from, I'm so glad I chose Sylvan. The guys on the project were all equally accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and hardworking and they graciously and patiently worked with me through all my questions and indecision. I would say the same about the customer representative I worked with - plus, his communication was always super thorough and very prompt. Throughout the process, I felt like I could be completely comfortable being honest - they were always willing to partner with me to figure out a solution that suited everyone. Overall, I'm really pleased with the project!

To work with Brian and John has been, literally, a “breath of fresh air.” They are a new generation of professional landscape contractors who are well educated in all aspects of the business. They hire and manage a competent and friendly crew. We jointly agree on a plan and fixed price for the year that allow me to stay on budget.
