Sunflower Staging provides professional real estate staging & home styling services in Orange, Rockland & Bergen Counties. Founded in 2006, we offer a wide range of services and you can view our design portfolio here and on our Facebook. Sunflower Staging is a professional member of the Association of Design Education and received Real Estate Staging certification from the School of Interior Design in Milford CT.

Christine was AMAZING! She was absolutely instrumental in getting our house prepared to sell. Thanks to her expertise and artistic eye, our house had multiple offers within 2 weeks time. Also, we really appreciated that she used our own furnishings to fill our home and was able to alter placement of various items to completely update the look of our home. She was fabulous and I would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone!

Christine was awesome to work with. She staged my home for sale and made some amazing changes that I had never even considered. She used the items that I already had in the house and truly made the process a pleasure. Plus, she's a super sweet person and makes you feel comfortable and at-ease during what I think most people find to be a stressful time period -- selling your home! My house sold quickly...no doubt having something to do with the appeal Christine helped to create. Definitely hire this awesome, talented woman! Thank you Christine!

Christine's help was priceless in helping me stage my house for sale. She arrived promptly and got right to work with a clear vision of what appeals to prospective buyers. I was impressed with her detailed list of what I needed to do, room by room, and how she kept the budget low and quality high. When Christine came to stage my home for selling purposes, I had no idea of the astonishing transformation that would soon result. She looked at every room with an artistic, well trained eye, then shared her vision for what might be. Concrete suggestions--move this, remove that, or consider a new purchase (including where to shop most economically)--all brought her vision to life in a consistently impressive way. Beyond being a gifted professional, she is delightful to work with and I am absolutely convinced: the sale of my house would never have gone as smoothly without Christine. I only wish I had photos to attach.

Christine did a wonderful job with the staging. We moved out of state before selling our house, so all of our interaction with Christine was done over the phone and via email. That included having the house repainted, which she arranged. She was able to meet our expectations even with the distance between us. I truly believe that staging your home makes a difference. Our real estate agent suggested we discuss the staging of our house for sale with Christine. She was prompt to our meeting enthusiastic and energetic walking through each of our rooms providing a running commentary of suggested changes, adjustments, nothing major but her suggestions resulted in creating a more open and clean look and flow to our home. She provided great suggestions, even remove pictures off the walls and removed clutter from counter tops.
